Mengyin Hengda Dyeing yarn Company
was a welfare enterprise established in 1994, approved by Shandong
National Tax Bureau. Our company is located in the center of Mengyin,
which as world-famous memorial for Menglianggu battle and Mengshan
national forest park. It enjoys a convenient transportation for
Jinghu speedway, 205 national highway and Yanshi highway run through
this county. It is also the ideal place for tourism and negotiation
for its beautiful environment.
Our company occupies a total area of 32,000
square meters. There are now 800 staff members in our company. There
are two production lines for dyeing yarn and spinning. We have introduced
in 8 type Y-600 reeled yarn dyeing machines with international advanced
level and 12 TH-1000 reeled yarn dyeing machines. The fixed assets
are RMB 18.60 million, current assets are RMB 17.90 million and
the total assets are RMB 36.50 million. It is mainly engaged in
producing yarns of hemp cotton, pure cotton, cotton nitrile,wool
nitrile etc.. The yearly production capacity for streak of colour
is 3000T.Besides, there are 9 other air spinning production lines
with international most advanced level which can annually produce
more than 4,000 tons air spinning purified cotton and blended yarns
of 6s-21s. And our company can contract the business of textile
spinning process according to user's enquiry; it can achieve 80
million yuan of output value in the whole year with 9 million yuan
profits tax.The annual production value reaches RMB 80 million and
the profit payments and tax turnover are RMB 9 million.
Our company owns advanced equipment, powerful technical strength
and complete testing method. It has departments including production,
supply & marketing, information and assay etc.. There are 3
senior engineers, 3 economists, 2 accountants and 25 professional
technicians of dyeing yarn. Products are produced on imported active
dyestuff. Products are well received by our customers for its bright
color and fast coloration. At present we have established business
relationship with foreign trade enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin,
Qiangdao, Weihai, Yantai and Dalian etc..
